Automatically opened and closed drying chamber
Innovative system of opening and closing of drying chamber in moisture analyser MA X2.A – thanks to its contactless operation – ensures keeping the device clean.
The chamber always closes with the same intensity which positively influences the measurements quality and repeatability.
Automatic chamber opening and closing prevents direct contact of the operator with the heating element.
Mass measurement and optimisation of drying process
The special algorithm controlling heating elements operation facilitates maintaining proper drying temperature and ensures fast and precise measurement.
Dynamic temperature control method allows to carry out analysis within a relatively short time and to obtain repeatability in the series of drying processes.
MA X2 and MA X2.A, equipped with various heating elements, allow testing moisture content of different samples, i.e. samples characterised with various structures and textures. Diverse drying profiles make use of individual methods for obtaining the preset temperature possible.
Drying process visualisation
In order to enable full control of the drying process, MA.X2 and MA.X2.A provide different forms of online process visualisation.
You can display drying process graph (dynamically drawn drying curve), bargraph for sample mass control or measured value preview (g, %M, %D, %R)
Database as drying processes back-up
Possibility of saving all the information and drying processes in database improves drying processes management.
Taking advantage of this option you do not have to remember particular parameter’s values.
